London 2012 are aiming to get 100% of spectators to the Olympic Games' venues by public transport, cycling or walking, a bold aim indeed, so they are running additional services on trains and tubes and both will run later into the night to cope with the extra bums on seats.
We imagine they'll get crowded regardless, what with all the commuters who still need to get around the city, so leave plenty of time - you don't want to be stuck on a platform not being able to get on a train half an hour before the 100m final starts.
Ticket holders will receive a Games Travelcard for travel to the more central London locations - click here for more info - including on the Javelin service between St Pancras and Stratford International stations (near to the Olympic Park). The Travelcard entitles you to travel in Zones 1-9 of London's public transport system on the day of your ticket.
